摘要
介绍个人研究咨询服务(IRCS)的服务内容与方式,指出其优于传统参考咨询与用户教育之处,并对加州大学圣马斯分校的IRCS进行个案研究,详细介绍其服务的开展方式与服务情况,进而分析IRCS实施的可行性,总结IRCS的实施经验,提出影响IRCS开展的主要因素,指出IRCS在本科生的信息素养中起着重要的作用。
The paper introduces the content and mode of Individual Research Consultation Service (IRCS), points out the advantages of IRCS over traditional reference service and user instruction. Then based on a study of IRCS at California State University San Marcos (CSUSM) library, this paper introduces the service mode and situation of IRCS in detail, analyzes the feasibility of IRCS, summarizes the conducting experiences, puts forward the factors influencing the development of IRCS, and points out that IRCS plays an important role in the development of information literacy.
