磺胺类碳酸酐酶抑制剂研究进展 被引量:20

摘要 碳酸酐酶抑制剂(CAIs)作为药物具有广泛的生物活性,如抗青光眼、利尿、抗肿瘤、抗癫痫、抗风湿、降血糖等。近几年,新一代抗青光眼磺胺类CAIs已经取得很大的研究成果,抗肿瘤磺胺类CAIs的研究也日益活跃,发展极为迅速。现综述磺胺类CAIs在抗青光眼和抗肿瘤领域的研究进展。 Carbonic anhydrase inhibitors (CAIs) as drugs display extensively biologic activities such as antiglaucomatous, diuretic, antitumor, antiepileptic, antiarthritic, hypoglycemic ones. In recent years,the new generation of sulfonamides-type CAIs used for antiglaucoma have gained a lot of achievements. Much work is being focused on sulfonamide-type CAIs as antitumor drugs, the research is increasingly active, and the progress is very quick. This paper reviewed the recent advance of sulfonamide-type CAIs in antiglaucoma and antitumor field.
