沙棘提取物对东北民猪断奶仔猪生长性能和血清激素水平的影响

试验选用28±2日龄断奶的东北民猪仔猪24头,随机分成试验组和对照组,每组3个重复,每重复4头猪(公母各半)。试验组在对照组饲粮中添加0.1%沙棘提取物,研究沙棘提取物对东北民猪断奶仔猪生长性能和血清激素水平的影响。结果表明,试验组采食量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组在试验第7和28天时血清IGF-I浓度显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组在试验第21天时血清SS显著低于对照组(P<0.05)且在试验第28天时血清皮质醇浓度显著降低(P<0.05)。

Twenty four weaned piglets （Northeast Min Pig, 28±2 days of age）were randomly allotted into the treatment and control group,3 replication per group,2 females and 2 males per replicates.The control group was fed with basic diet, the treatment group was fed with basic diet supplemented with 0.1% of sea buckthorn extracts.The effects of sea buckthorn extracts on growth performance and serum hormone level of weaned piglets were determined.The results showed that the ADFI of treatment group was significantly decreased （P 〈 0.05）comparing with control group （P 〈 0.05）,IGF-Ⅰ of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group （P 〈 0.05）at the 7th day and 28th day;SS of treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group at the 21st day （P 〈 0.05）,content of Cor in treatment group was significantly decreased at the 28th day（P 〈 0.05）.
