地西泮治疗急性乙醇中毒不良反应的分析

Clinical Study of Adverse Drug Reactions in Treating Acute Alcoholism with Diazepam

目的:了解地西泮治疗急性乙醇中毒不良反应(ADR)发生情况,促进临床合理用药。方法:急诊收治的急性乙醇中毒患者应用地西泮治疗的共158例,分肌肉注射组91例和静脉注射组67例,统计分析地西泮不同给药途经治疗的不良反应。结果:肌肉注射组不良反应率为0%。静脉注射组有3例发生心跳骤停,2例发生误吸、呼吸骤停,不良反应发生率为7.46%。结论:对急性乙醇中毒患者应用地西泮镇静治疗以肌肉注射为好,静脉注射地西泮有可能诱发严重的不良反应。

Objective： To study the adverse drug reaction （ADR） in treating acute alcoholism with diazepam to promote rational clinical use of drugs. Method： 168 patients were divided into two groups the intramuscular injection （i. m. ） and the intravenous injection（i, v. ）. Result： No ADR occurred in the i.m. group while cardiac arrest appeared in 3 patients and aspiration or sudden breathing stops, in 2 patients, the ratio of ADR being 7.46%. Conclusion： It is better to use the intramuscular injection than the intravenous injection in treating acute alcoholism with diazepam in order to avoid serious ADR.
