强迫休眠对几种顽拗性种子的贮藏效果 被引量:3

摘要 黄皮(Clausena lansium),荔枝(Litchi chinesis)和龙眼(Euphoria tongan)种子在离开未十分成熟的果实后,有1—2天的休眠期。在休眠期进行强迫休眠处理,即用密封、隔氧、保湿处理。黄皮再进入休眠,12个月后种子发芽率能达90%以上,但胚芽不伸长,胚根伸长;24个月后休眠解除,幼苗正常生长。荔枝能贮藏6个月。木棉(Bombax malabaricum)不耐低温而耐脱水,在休眠期进行密封隔氧快速脱水,15℃可贮一年。龙眼能贮5个月。蒲桃种子(Averrhoa carambola)在休眠期隔氧贮藏15℃能贮一年。 Seeds of wampee (clausena lansium), Lychee (Litchi chinesis) and Longan (Euphoria Longan) shedding from immature fruits have dormancy for 1 or 2 days. At such time, the seed dormancy can be enhanced with oxygen-free and moist. As for wampee seed, the dormancy was kept for 12 months with germination percentage above 90% but no growth of plumule, though the rabicle elongated. After the enhanced-dormancy was broken, the seedlings of wampee grew normally. Such case that the radicle have less deep dormancy than the plumule are said to exhibit double dormancy. Due to the induction of the double-dormancy, seeds of lychee can be stored for 6 months and that of longan for 5 months. By use of oxygen-free and flash drying at 15 C , seeds of Botnbax malabaricum can be stored for one year, When seeds were in the state of dormancy. If the seed of loquat (Erwbotrya japonica) was in the state of dormancy, the seed can be stored for more than one year by use of airtight and moist. Camambola (Averrhoa carambola) seed can be stored for one year with airtight in the dormant state.
