氯化汞对虎纹蛙发育的影响 被引量:1

摘要 本实验以虎纹蛙(Rana tigrina rugulosa Wiegmann)为材料,观察了氯化汞对其受精卵及蝌蚪发育的影响,结果表明:受精卵和胚胎在氯化汞浓度为0.01~0.0015(10^(-(?))的水质中,48小时和120小时的LD_(59)±SLD_(50)分别为0.004456±0.000144和10.003945±0.000098(10^(-9)),安全度为0.0004456(10^(-(?)))。在浓度为0.0035~0.0015(10^(-9))的水质中,蝌蚪头15天(从受精卵开始计算,下同)内发育明显受抑制,尾长、全长、体重都显著落后于对照组(P<0.01),而且浓度越高,抑制越严重。第15天后,影响逐步减小,但尾长和全长仍有显著差异。第20天以后,这种抑制作用就不显著了(P>0.05)。 The experiments were performed on the Zygotes and todpoles of rana tigrina.Mercuric Chloride at the Concentration between 0.01 and 0.0015 (10^(-6)),and acting on the embryos for 48 hours and 120 hours,the LD_(50)of mercuric chloride was.0.004456±0.000144(10^(-6))and 0.003945±0.000089(10^(-6)) ((?)±SD)respectively.The degree of Safety was 0.0004456(10^(-6)). When the water contained 0.0035 to 0.0015(10^(-8))mercuric chloride,the growth of todpoles was markedly inhibited in the first 15 days(from zygote). The length of the body and the length of the tail were shorter than those of the control groups.The weight became less(P<0.01).The greater the Concentration,the severer the inhibition. After 15 days,the influence of mercuric chloride on the todpoles gecreased. From the tweentieth days onwards mercuric chloride showed no significant effect on the development of the todpoles.
