On the basis of investigation and analysis of the construction level of network information service in university libraries in the west part of China, this paper has put forward suggestions to prom.ote the development of network information service in university libraries in the west part of China, which are strategic alliances and advantage complementary, with an objective to accelerate the building of digital resources and rich collection of resources,, improve information services, in- crease the content of information services, improve the quality of librarians in an all-round way, and increase the intensity of user education.
