从我馆外文阅览室的藏书结构、服务质量、读者的到馆率及借阅情况进行现状调查,以此衡量读者的满意度,并对读者阅读倾向和需求心理进行分析,找出现存问题和应对措施。

This paper has investigated the collection structure, service quality, investigation of readers and book lending in the foreign language reading-room in order to judge the satisfaction ratio. It has also analyzed the reading trends and demanding psychology of readers, found out the existing problems and put forward appropriate measures.
