This paper has expounded the existing challenges of university reference room under high-speed developed network environment, discussed the current situation of university reference room and countermeasures under network environment, explored the collection, processing and sorting of professional bibliographic resources in the university reference room, and explained bibliographic information activities around teaching and research.
