复合齿轮马达瞬态扭矩理论研究与实验分析

摘要 复合齿轮马达是综合内外齿轮马达和轮系传动理论为一体的一种新型执行元件,具有排量大、扭矩脉动小、径向液压力平衡、噪音小等优点。从结构上其可以认为是由多个内外齿轮马达组成,分析了理论瞬态输出扭矩脉动,测出瞬态扭矩脉动率小于0.4%,验证了理论分析的正确性,为今后的研发制造提供理论与实验依据。 The compound gear motors are a new kind of executors, which combine inner and external gears motors with wheel drive theory. Their advantages are large capacity, small torque ripple, balanced force in radial direction and low noise. They can be considered as composition of many inner and external gear motors in construction. Small ripple of transient torque output was analyzed theoretically and its ripple rate is less than 0.4% measured out in the experiment, which verified the theoretical analysis result. The study provides the theoretical and experimental basis for their development or construction in the future.
