变频防爆绞车电控装置的研制

摘要 在分析防爆绞车现状的基础上,阐明变频绞车电控装置的必要性。提出了一种基于空间矢量的PWM(Pu lseW idth M odu lation)算法的全数字化变频器,对空间矢量脉宽调制的理论进行了简要的介绍。该变频器主要由主回路和控制电路两部分组成。控制电路采用数字信号处理器TM S320LF2407以硬件的形式实现SVPWM(Space V ector Pu lse W idthM odu lation)波的输出;主回路中采用智能功率模块DYNEX作为功率器件。经在500 kW交流电机上实验,结果令人满意。 In the paper the necessity of development of electrical control device for explosion-proof cycloconverter winches was brought forward, on the basis of analysis of their current situation. A fully digital frequency converter based on space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) control algorithm was presented, and the theory of SVPWM was discussed in brief. The frequency converter consists of main circuit and control circuit. The output of SVPWM wave is realized by the digital signal processor TMS320LF2407 presenting as hardware. The main circuit takes the intelligent power module PM100CSA120 as power devices. The results of experiment on a 500 kW AC motor are satisfied.
