摘要
德育的效果、效益和效率共同构成了高校德育有效性的基本内涵。现实社会的基本特征、高校自身存在的问题以及学生自身因素对高校德育的有效性有着制约和影响。德育目标的科学建构、德育内容的更新整合、德育机制的健全创新以及德育队伍的素质优化这四个方面是提升高校德育的有效性的可行途径。
The effect, benefit and efficiency of morality construct the efficient basic content of college morality education. The characteristic of realistic society, the existing problems of college itself and the elements of the students limit and influence the efficiency of college morality education. Scientific forming of morality target, renewal of contents, perfect innovation of morality mechanism and optimization of the quality of the teaching staff are the four aspects to improve the efficiency of college morality education.
