基于敏捷动员思想的虚拟军工企业模式研究

Research on Virtual War Industry Enterprise Mode Based on Agile Mobilization Theory

敏捷动员思想的提出,为军工企业的建设提供了新的思路。文章基于敏捷动员思想,构建出虚拟企业模式在国防科技工业应用的基本模型,对基于动态合同网的虚拟企业运行模式进行了初步的描述和说明,并结合我国经济体制模式及现状,提出以军工企业为核心的虚拟企业的运营策略。

The Agile Mobilization theory offers a new way for war industry enterprise＇s development.Based on this theory,this paper sets forth a basic mode of virtual enterprise theory＇s application in national defense industry,and makes a primary description and explanation of the mode for the function of the virtual enterprise based on the dynamic contract net. Considering the economic structure and present conditions,this paper discusses the operation methods of virtual enterprise with a core of war industry enterprise.
