摘要
产品协同设计(CPD,Collaborative product design)模式下,为从众多候选企业中选择出合适而可靠的战略协同合作伙伴组成协同联盟,应具备完善的合作伙伴评价方法。文章给出合作伙伴选择与评价的2阶段模型,说明产品协同设计合作伙伴的选择过程,从而达到优选的目的。
Under the pattern of Collaborative product design, in order to choose some reliable partners to form collaborative alliance, some perfect appraising methods should be possessed. A two-stage model to appraise and choose collaboration partner is put forward, which shows the flow of the CPD, and thus the purpose of partner optimization is fulfilled.
