摘要
激励理论一直被许多企业视为人力资源管理的致胜法宝,然而真正的实施效果并没有人们期望的那样好。这主要是因为,需求并不是人行为动机的全部。文化价值观从更深的层次、更广的角度影响着人的行为动机,因而深入研究员工的文化价值观对建立有效的人力资源管理模式是极为重要的。在国内企业界中,文化价值观的作用在人力资源管理中远未得到重视。从美日人力资源管理模式的演变中得到启示,为我国企业建立适合本国国情的人力资源管理模式提供建议。
Incentives are always regarded as a significant method of human resource management by many companies. However, the showing effect is not satisfying. The main reason is the incentives cannot control human's behavior motive. The cultural values have many impacts on human' behavior motives at deeper layers and from different viewpoints. So it is crucial to study the employee's cultural value for designing the mode of HRM. Some illuminations to be obtained from the evolution of US and Japan are helpful to establish a practicable mode with Chinese characteristics.
