摘要
目的:分析中国南方食管癌高发地区(潮汕地区)食管鳞状细胞癌APC基因连锁位点D5S346和D5S82的杂合性丢失情况。方法:采用PCR银染技术,检测42例配对食管鳞癌标本D5S346和D5S82的杂合性丢失情况。结果:D5S346和D5S82在该食管癌人群中杂合性丢失率高达35%和39%。结论:APC基因附近微卫星标记D5S346和D5S82在中国南方食管鳞癌中的杂合性丢失频率较高,提示APC基因在食管癌中可能同样存在缺失改变。
Objective To analyze loss of heterozygosity (LOH) with microsatellite markers D5S346 and D5S82 close to APC gene of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) in high incidence area of South China (Chaoshan area). Method Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) based-on LOH was performed in 42 primary ESCC with 5 microsatellite markers. Result The frequencies of allelic loss of D5S346 and D5S82 were 35% and 39%, respectively. Conclusion The frequencies of LOH at the locus D5S346 and D5S82 are increased, suggesting that APC gene deletion may also occur in ESCC.
