原发性肺黏膜相关淋巴组织型淋巴瘤1例并文献复习

摘要 目的:提高对原发性肺黏膜相关淋巴组织型淋巴瘤的认识。方法:通过报告1例病理证实的原发性肺黏膜相关淋巴组织型淋巴瘤及复习文献,对原发性肺黏膜相关淋巴组织型淋巴瘤的临床特点进行分析。结果:肺黏膜相关淋巴组织型淋巴瘤多数属低度恶性,进展缓慢,预后较好。结论:肺黏膜相关淋巴组织型淋巴瘤临床罕见,缺乏特异的临床症状,确诊有赖于病理学诊断。
