精梳系统技术的新进展

New Development of Combing System Technology

为及时了解精梳准备设备和精梳设备的最新技术进展,总结出了条并卷联合机的成卷新技术、精梳机的自动换卷及自动接头技术、精梳机锡林变速梳理技术及钳板开闭口控制技术、电子凸轮式分离罗拉传动系统、精梳机的新型牵伸机构等,分析了新型成卷机构、锡林变速梳理、钳板开口控制、电子式分离罗拉传动装置及新型牵伸装置的机理。指出,精梳机械在向高速高效发展的同时,应注重完善精梳设备功能、提高纺纱质量、提高对不同原料的适纺性及设备的稳定性。

To know the newest technology development of combing preparation equipment and combing equipment, lapping technology of draw frame and lap machine combined, automatic lap changing ＆ automatic joint technology ＆ comber cylinder change speed carding technology and nipper control technology of comber, electric cam detaching toiler transverse system, new type draft mechanism of comber and so on were summarized. Mechanism of new type lapping, cylinder change speed carding, nipper control, electric detaching roller transverse set and new type draft set were analyzed. The analyses show that improvement of equipment function, enhance yam quality and enhance suitability to different materials and equipment stability should be done in the course of high speed high effect development of comber.
