为了纺制Tencel纤维纯纺纱及其混纺纱,并提高成纱质量水平,针对Tencel纤维截面呈圆形、表面光滑饱满、纺纱抱合力差等性能特征,采取适当降低各打手速度、防止速度过快以增加棉结,并更新梳棉锡林针布,采用细纱新型胶辊等技术措施,纺制的Tencel纤维纯纺纱及其混纺纱成纱质量好,取得了较好的效果。
