摘要
探讨特细号家纺面料的生产工艺技术要点。采用优质美国PIMA棉纺制的CJ 5.8 tex纱线,能满足织造技术要求。通过优化浆料配方和优选浆纱工艺,使脆断头明显减少;通过优化织造工艺,减少了纬缩现象,解决了特细号纱的单纱织造难题,成功开发出了特细号家纺面料,织机效率达到88%以上,下机一等品率达到90%。
Processing technology points of superfine household fabric was discussed, CJ 5, 8 tex spun by superior America PIMA cotton, it can reach the weaving technology demands. Through optimizing sizing processing and size formula, broken ends are reduced evidently, Weft kinds are reduced through optimizing weaving processing, and weaving difficult problems of superfine yarn single yarn weaving are resolved. Superfine household fabric is developed successfully, and loom efficiency can reach above 88%, and first grade percentage before cloth repairing can reach 90%.
