摘要
将美国水稻KATY、RA73和中国水稻特青组配为一组完全双列杂交,并用特青和来源于sd-1矮秆的美国水稻LA110测交。试验结果:特青的株高和LA110的株高是等位的,都具有sd-1矮秆基因。KATY、RA73的株高和特青的株高不等位。KATY的株高和RA73的株高也不等位,为两对独立的基因遗传。KATY和RA73这两个非sd-1矮秆基因的品种。
The complete diallel crosses between two USA cultivars KATY(semidwarf),RA73(dwarf)and Chinese cultivar Teqing (dwarf)and the test crosses between Teqing amd USA cultivar LA110 with sd 1 dwarf gene were made in 1995.The results showed that the genes controlling the plant height of both Teqing and LA110 are allelic with short stalked gene sd 1,but the KATY,RA73 and Teqing are not allelic,and KATY and RA73 are also notallelic.The authorrecognizes that it is theinheritance of being controlled by two pair independent genes.KATY and RA73 may be used in our rice breeding.
