Open lung approaches in patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome

摘要 在急性呼吸窘迫综合征患者机械通气中,为了避免小潮气量通气策略所致肺萎陷伤,目前肺开放策略越来越受到重视。本文就肺复张手法及俯卧位通气作一综述,究竟哪一种肺开放策略联合肺保护性通气策略疗效会更好,尚无定论。 To avoid pulmonary collapse injury induced by small tidal volume protective ventilation strategy, the open lung approaches have been more and more important in the patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS). The article reviewed recruitment maneuver and prone position ventilation in ARDS. Which approach of opening lung is better still remains controversial.
