呼出气一氧化氮测定在哮喘诊治中的研究进展

摘要 慢性气道炎症是支气管哮喘的本质。寻找简便易测的气道炎症标记物,监测气道炎症指导治疗成为当前研究的热点。呼出气一氧化氮(FeNO)测定可用于哮喘气道炎症监测,本文就FeNO在哮喘诊断、预测哮喘发作及指导糖皮质激素治疗等方面的研究进展做综述。 Chronic airway inflammation is the nature of bronchial asthma. Now,looking for simple and feasible marker to monitor airway inflammation has become a warm research subject. Exhaled nitric oxide (FeNO) measurement, a surrogate marker specific for airway inflammation can reflect the presence and severity of airway inflammation. This review highlights recent advances in applying this marker to the diagnosis and management of asthma.
