摘要
目的:评价β2受体激动剂的临床应用概况。方法:收集国外相关文献,从β2受体激动剂的作用机制、应用状况、不良反应等方面对常用的β2受体激动剂进行分析评价。结果与结论:β2受体激动剂主要有舒张支气管、抗炎、促进纤毛运动、镇咳等作用。不良反应较少,目前已普遍应用于临床。
OBJECTIVE ： To evaluate the use of β2 receptor agonists in the clinic. METHODS. The pertinent literature abroad were collected to analyze the use of β2 receptor agonists in the clinic in respect of action meehnism, application, ADRs etc. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSION： β2 receptor agonists can be used to relax bronchus, anti - inflammation, facilitate ciliary movement, relieve cough ete, and which had few adverse drug reetions and has been widely used in the clinic.
