2004年～2006年我院抗高血压药利用分析

Utilization of Antihypertensive Drugs Used in Our Hospital During in the Period 2004～2006

目的:评估我院抗高血压药应用情况和发展趋势。方法:统计、分析我院2004年～2006年抗高血压药用药品种、用药金额、用药频度(DDDs)和日均费用。结果:抗高血压药用药金额呈上升趋势;用药金额、用药频度最高的药品为钙通道阻滞剂(CCB)。结论:钙通道阻滞剂占我院抗高血压药主导地位。

OBJECTIVE： To eualuate the situation and the tendency of antihypertensive drugs in our hospital. METHODS ： The drug variety, analysis of drug use, DDDs and daily expense of antihypertensive drugs in our hospital during 2004-2006 were investigated and analyzed. RESULTS： The analysis of drug use of cardiovascular agents during 2004 - 2006 had been increasing. Calcium channel blockers（CCBs）dominated over all other drugs in repect of analysis of drug use sales and DDDs. CONCLUSION：The CCB dominate in the antihypertensive drugs of our hospital.
