2004年～2006年我院门诊抗抑郁药应用分析

Use of Antidepressant Drugs in Outpatients of Our Hospital between 2004 and 2006

目的:分析我院2004年～2006年门诊抗抑郁药的应用情况,以期为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:收集我院2004年～2006年门诊处方资料,对药品名称、规格、单价、处方药品数量、金额进行统计,采用金额排序和用药频度进行分析。结果:新型抗抑郁药疗效确切,不良反应较少,广泛应用于临床。TCAs类因其日均费用低仍占有一定的地位。结论:抗抑郁药市场前景广阔,临床医师药师应加强用药监测,促进合理用药。

OBJECTIVE： To analyze the use of antidepressant drugs in the outpatients of reference for the clinical rational administration of drugs. METHODS： Drug consumption our hospital so as to provide data including drug name, specification, unit price, quantity of prescription drugs, and consumption sum between 2004 and 2006 were collected in our hospital and analyzed statistically by ranking of consumption sum and DDDs. RESULTS： The new antidepressant drugs had approved efficacy and less ADRs, and which had been widely used in the clinic. TCAs still occupied a certain place for its low average daily cost. CONCLUSION： The prospect for the use of antidepressant drugs is promising; clinicians should strengthen medication monitoring to promote rational drug administration.
