2004年～2006年我院抗菌药物用药分析

Analysis of Antibiotics Used in Our Hospital During the Period 2004～2006

目的:对我院抗菌药物的使用情况进行分析。方法:统计2004年～2006年我院抗菌药物购入金额、品种、用药频度进行分析。结果:3年来我院抗菌药品种数逐年增多,抗菌药物购入金额占药品总金额逐年下降,其中头孢类占主导地位。结论:抗菌药物种类繁多,临床应用广泛,应提倡安全、合理、有效地应用。

OBJECTIVE： To analyze the current situation and the trend of antibiotics used in our hospital. METHODS： The antibiotics used in our hospital during the period 2004 - 2006 were analyzed in respect to consumption sum, kinds of drugs, DDDs. RESULTS ： During the three years, the kinds of antibiotics were increasing year by year, while the proportion of consumption sum of antibiotics in the total were decreasing year by year, much as in the consumption of cephalosporins. CONCLUSION： Antibiotics are characterized by great variety and the use of which in the clinic is widespread, therefore, it is advocated to use antibiotics in a safe, rational and effective way.
