Retrospective Analysis on the Adverse Drug Reactions Induced by Chlorpromazine

目的:探讨氯丙嗪所致药物不良反应的一般规律和特点,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:采用回顾性研究方法,对1994年～2006年10月国内报道的109例不良反应进行分析和综合评价。结果:氯丙嗪所致不良反应在18岁～60岁间发生率高,男性患者多于女性患者。不良反应涉及多个系统,主要是神经系统、血液系统和心血管系统的损害,还有皮肤的过敏反应。结论:临床医师、药师应了解氯丙嗪所致不良反应的规律和特点,加强其应用的监测,以减少不良反应的发生。

OBJECTIVE： To discuss the characteristics and regular patterns of adverse drug reactions （ADRs） caused by chlorpromazine for references of rational administration. METHODS： A total of 109 ADR cases induced by chlorpromazine that reported in domestic medical journal between 1994 and 2006 were analyzed comprehensively. RESULTS： The ADRs caused by chlorpromazine were more often seen in male patients aged between 18 to 60, and the ADRs involved multisystem including nervous system, blood system, vascular system and allergic reactions of the skin. CONCLUSION： To reduce the incidence of ADRs caused by chlorpromazine, pharmacists should familiarize the characteristics and regular patterns of these adverse drug reactions （ADRs） caused by chlorpromazine and strenthen the monitoring in the use of chlorpromazine.
