摘要
目的:探讨多层螺旋X线计算机体层成像血管造影(multislice spiral X—ray computer tomography angiography.MSCTA)诊断颅内动脉瘤的价值。方法:对23例经手术或数字减影血管造影术(digital subtraction angiography,DSA)证实的颅内动脉瘤患者的临床资料进行数理分析,重点分析MSCTA检查结果及其与手术或DSA检查的符合情况。结果:23例患者中,MSCTA发现动脉瘤22个(1例左颈内动脉瘤漏诊),其中颈内动脉7个,大脑前动脉6个,大脑中动脉5个,大脑后动脉2个,后交通动脉2个。MSCTA上显示动脉瘤直径3—20mm。MSCTA所显示动脉瘤的位置、大小、形态(窄颈或宽底)与DSA或手术结果基本相符。结论:MSCTA是一种无创性的检查技术,诊断颅内动脉瘤特异度较高,可显示清晰颅内动脉瘤,可作为手术或介入治疗动脉瘤的术前诊断方法。
Objective: To evaluate the value of multislice spiral X-ray computer tomography angiography (MSCTA) on the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysm. Methods: Clinical datas and results of MSCTA were analyzed in 23 patients with intracranial aneurysms confirmed by (digital subtraction angiography, DSA) and operation. Results: 22 aneurysms in 23 patients were found by MSCTA. 7 aneurysms were in the internal carotid artery, 6 aneurysms were in the anterior cerebral artery, 5 aneurysms were in the middle cerebral artery, 2 aneurysms were in the posterior cerebral artery and 2 were in the posterior communicating artery. 1 aneurysm was missed by MSCTA. The diameters were between 3 - 20 mm on MSCTA. The results of intracranial aneurysms showed by MSCTA were in accordant with the results of DSA and operation. Conclusion: MSCTA is a non-invasive technique with high specificity on the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysm. It can be a valuable diagnostic method for surgery or interventional therapy.
