摘要
当今世界经济发展中,诸多不同经济范畴之间的互动性增强,交叉作用显现,其规律性的研究应该展开,以利于为政策制定提供支持。其中,宏观产权制度变迁促使产业组织演进强关联现象的凸现需要研究。为了揭示其规律性,笔者仅从政权与产权的关系、完备性程度和产权转让有序化程度三个维度,研究了宏观产权制度变迁促使企业行为演进、市场结构演进及市场绩效演进的规律及作用。研究认为,其三个维度只有不断创新,趋向合理、完备,才能使企业行为理性化、市场结构保持有效竞争和市场绩效得以优化。
This thesis studies how the macro property right system acts upon the evolution of enterprise behavior, market structure and market performance from three angles of the relationship between political power and property system, the perfect degree, the order of the property right transfer. We believe that three dimensions＇ innovation and rationality will be beneficial to the improvement of enterprise behavior, market structure and market performance.
