摘要
本文认为,人力资源能力具有区域异质性特征,特别是在比较典型的区域之间。人力资源能力对个体创业、区域经济的影响,不仅与受教育程度等传统的要素相关,更与异质性的思维方式、行为方式高度相关。注重实践的行为习惯、"干中学"的品质、能够自我挫折管理这三种人力资源能力要素,对于创业成功和企业经营管理有积极直接正向影响。本文通过案例从中观的人力资源研究角度,探索了区域经济差异的因素,提出了"因地而异"的管理理念。
The core viewpoint of this paper is that there exists heterogeneity in human resources in different regions. Taking Wenzhou and Xi'an as an example, a more specific issue is that the influence of the quality of human resources capacity on the setting up of venturous enterprises and on regional development is in direct proportion. And what is more, to way of conduct and way of thinking. In particular, the following three factors are in direct proportion: the practical behavioral habit, the quality of "learning while/by doing", and the attitude to setbacks, and the capacity to manage one's own setbacks. It can be of some use in answering the question: how can make up for their deficiencies and enhance their sustainable vitality in regional economic development, in othor regions of China.
