摘要
采取缩短背压汽管线长度的方法保证在同样背压汽压力的情况下苯精制工序的压力更高;增加二甲苯塔加热器加热面积以降低苯精制工序对蒸汽压力(温度)的要求。通过采取措施实现苯精制生产和干熄焦发电两者兼顾的目的,实现能源综合利用的最高效率。
By reduction of the length of the back pressure steam pipeline the pressure for benzene refining process can be increased under the similar condition of the back steam pressure and in the meanwhile by enlarging the heating area of the heater for the xylene tower the demand of the benzene refining process for the steam pressure (temperature) can also be reduced. By implementation of the above-mentioned two measures the purposes for benzene refining and utilization of the dry quenching coke for generation of electricity can be very well compromised and therefore the efficiency of comprehensive utilization of the energy resource can be maximized.
