扰流柱对叶片尾缘对流换热特性的影响 被引量:9

摘要 为了研究扰流柱对涡轮叶片尾缘对流换热特性的影响规律,设计了4种不同结构的扰流柱,采用红外热像仪分别对不同形状和排列方式的扰流柱对叶片尾缘气膜冷却特性的影响规律进行了实验研究.研究结果表明,在吹风比较低时,水滴I型扰流柱叶片尾缘的对流换热特性较好;吹风比较大时,圆柱型扰流柱叶片尾缘的对流换热特性较好,水滴Ⅱ型扰流柱叶片尾缘的对流换热系数最小.  In order to study the convective heat transfer characteristics of turbine blade trailing edge influenced by the pin fin,four kinds of pin fins were designed and the film cooling characteristics with pin fins of diverse shapes and alignments were studied by an experimental method using infrared cameras.The result shows that,when the blow ratio is low,the convective heat transfer performance of turbine blade trailing edge with water-drop-shaped pin fin Ⅰ is better than others;and when the blow ratio is high,the convective heat transfer performance of turbine blade trailing edge with the column-shaped pin fin Ⅱ is better,and the convective coefficient of turbine blade trailing edge with the water-drop-shaped pin fin Ⅱ is the smallest.At the same position of the trailing edge,the convective coefficient increases with the increase of the blow ratio.
