摘要
研究了非加力涡轮发动机排气系统红外辐射强度的数值计算方法.计算中考虑了固体壁面的发射与反射,以及燃气中水蒸气、二氧化碳和一氧化碳的吸收与发射.应用该方法计算了某涡扇发动机排气系统缩比模型的红外辐射强度,并且与实验结果进行了比较.结果表明,该方法能够比较精确地计算非加力涡轮发动机排气系统在3~5μm波段的红外辐射强度,具有工程实用性.
The numerical calculation method of infrared radiant intensity of exhaust system of turbine engine without afterburning was studied.Due consideration was given to emission and reflection of solid wall,absorption and emission of water vapor,carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide in the gas.This method was used to calculate the infrared radiant intensity of a scaled model of turbofan exhaust system,and compare with the experimental results.These results show that,this method could help you calculate accurately the infrared radiant intensity of turbine engine at waveband of 3~5μm,showing an engineering practicability.
