摘要
为了验证尾缘吹气火焰稳定器在更宽工作范围内的燃烧性能,对其燃烧过程进行了数值模拟.分析了在更宽的应用条件下不同尾缘射流速度、尾缘射流当量比及来流速度等因素对燃烧效率的影响;并与常规V形稳定器的燃烧性能进行了对比,获得了更宽工作范围内上述因素对吹气稳定器性能的影响规律.与较窄范围内的相应实验规律进行了对比,结果表明,以上因素对燃烧性能的影响趋势大致相同,但某些方面存在差异.
In order to verify the combustion performance of EBMC flame holder in wider operating range,numerical simulation of the combustion process was carried out.The influence of the jet velocity,jet equivalence ratio and the approach velocity on combustion efficiency was analyzed,meanwhile the simulated results were compared with combustion performance of common V-shaped stabilizer,showing the influence of above-specified factors on the combustion performance of flame holder.On a comparative basis,the results show that the influence of such variables on combustion performance corresponds almost to earlier experimental results in narrower operating range,despite of some differences in some aspects.
