摘要 为探讨稀土元素钐对雄性小鼠生殖能力及对胚胎和胎鼠发育的影响,将ICR品系雄性小鼠随机分设5组,自由饮用含硝酸钐0,5,50,500,2000mg/L的溶液3个月,观察钐对小鼠生育能力、胚胎及胎仔生长发育等指标的影响.结果表明,各染毒组雄鼠生育指数和雌鼠受孕率随染毒剂量的增加呈下降的趋势;雄性小鼠染毒后异常胚胎率明显上升;胎仔体长和尾长缩短,体形改变.说明亚慢性钐暴露对雄性小鼠生殖能力具有一定的毒性作用,并可导致其生育力下降,胎仔生长发育也受到抑制. For inquiring into the influence of rare earth element samarium on the reproductive ability of male mice and the grow of embryo and embryo rat, the ICR stain male mice were divided random into 5 groups with free drinking solution containing samarium nitrate 0, 5, 50, 500, 2000 mg/L for 3 months. The influence of samarium on the index of reproductive ability of mice and grow of embryo and embryo whelp were observed. The grow index of the male mice and fertilization rate of female mice of each contamination group presented a declining tendency with the contamination dose increased. The abnormal embryo rate of male rat enhanced obviously. The body length and tail length of embryo whelp shortened, body form changed. So exposure of subchronic samarium has definite toxicity to the reproductive, inducing its reproduction activity lowered, whelp growth and grow were also inhibited.
