摘要 对氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱仪的仪器条件和氢化反应条件进行了研究,建立了测定海水中痕量锡的方法,方法检出限为0.012μg/L,线性范围0.012—20μg/L,精密度为5.5%。 The conditions of the instrument of hydride generation- atomic fluorescence spectrometry and the hydride reaction were optimized. The method for the determination of trace tin in seawater was established with the detection limit of 0. 012μg/L in the liner range of 0. 012- 20μg/L and the precision(RSD) of 5.5%.
