摘要
采用红外、气质联用技术分析了枸杞水溶性多糖中单糖组成及其含量。结果表明,枸杞多糖里含有的单糖包括阿拉伯糖,鼠李糖,木糖,甘露糖,半乳糖,葡萄糖,其含量比例为13.19∶3.41∶2.92∶10.53∶18.92∶9.82。
The compositions and monosaccharide content in the Lycium Barbarum polysaccharide were analyzed by IR and GC-MS. The monosaccharide contains arabinose, rhamnose, wood sugar, mannose,galactose and glucoside with the relative proportion of 13.19 : 3.41 : 2.92 : 10. 53 : 18.92 : 9.82.
