Characterization of Pyridazinone Glucosides by 1H-1H Cosy Spectroscopy

通过对5种2-取代苯基-1,2-二氢-3-哒嗪酮-6-葡萄糖苷的1HNMR和IR谱的分析,确证其糖苷键为β-构型,用1H-1H COSY技术对它们的1H谱峰进行了归属。

Five new glucosides of 2-aryl-1, 2-dihydro-6-hydroxy-3-pyridazones were synthesized. IR and ^1H NMR spectra showed that all glucosides had the same configuration of β- anomer. The ^1H NMR chemical shifts of the compounds were assigned using ^1H-^1H COSY technique.
