肉鸡淀粉消化动力学的实际关联性分析
摘要
淀粉是家禽饲粮的主要成分，它所提供的表观代谢能AME超过50％。通常，淀粉消化率系数被认定为1．0左右。但是，研究发现肉仔鸡对小麦、大麦，豌豆以及从其它几种饲料原料中分离出的淀粉消化是不完全的。
