摘要
研究了不同浓度蒺藜提取液对益生菌生长的影响以及益生菌对蒺藜主要药效成分甾体皂苷的利用情况。结果表明:蒺藜提取液培养嗜酸乳杆菌和保加利亚乳杆菌的最佳浓度均为0.111g/mL,菌数分别为5.13×108cfu/mL和2.24×108cfu/mL;嗜酸乳杆菌能很好的利用蒺藜的甾体皂苷,培养5d后,其吸光度由1.6378下降到0.4617。
Effects of T. Terrestri on growth of L. acidophilus and L. bulgaricus was studied. The result showed as follows: the optimum concentration of Tribulus terrestri for culturing L. acidophilus and L. bulgaricus were both 0.111g/mL, the number of L. acidophilus and L. bulgaricus reached 5.13 × 10^8cfu/mL and 2.24 × 10^8 cfu/mL respectively. The L. acidophilus could make good use of steroidal saponin in T Terrestri, the absorption of steroidal saponin descends from 1.6378 to 0.4617 after inoculating 5d.
