金银花提取物的抗氧化作用与其绿原酸含量的相关性研究

摘要 研究了金银花提取物、绿原酸的抗氧化作用。用K3[Fe(CN)6]测定了它们的还原力;采用脱氧核糖-铁体系、超氧阴离子自由基体系、二苯代苦味酰基自由基(DPPH.)体系进行抗氧化活性的研究,并同Vc进行了比较。结果表明:金银花提取物的抗氧化活性与绿原酸含量密切相关,具有较强的还原力,其中清除羟基自由基能力比Vc好,浓度1mg/mL时可以达到53.18%;清除超氧阴离子自由基的能力很好,略低于Vc,浓度0.2mg/mL时清除率大于90%;清除DPPH.的能力高于Vc,浓度0.2mg/mL时清除率大于90%。 The antioxidation effect of honeysuckle extraction and the chlorogenic acid was studied. Comparing with Vc, the antioxidation activity was studied by DNA-Fe, superoxide radical( O2^- · ) and DPPH · system, with K3 [ Fe ( CN )6 ] evaluating their capacity of deoxidizing, all the results above showed that the antioxidation of honeysuckle extraction was closely correlated with its content of the chlorogenic acid. Their capability of scavenging hydroxyl radical was better than that of Vc, and 53.18% of scavenging rate could be obtained with the concentration of chlorogenic acid 1 mg/mL. Their capability of scavenging O2^- · was lower than that of Vc, while their capability of scavenging DPPH · was better than that of Vc, and 90% of scavenging O2^- · and scavenging DPPH · could be obtained with the concentration of chlorogenic acid 0.2mg/mL respectively.
