Presents the main characteristics and applications of a variety of imaging devices with different resolutions and mounting positions for transmission electron microscope （TEM）, with their specifications listed. Describes the main features of side-mounted digital imaging products and the bottom-mortared ones in field of vision （FOV） , real-time imaging and image sensors and compares them emphatically. Discusses in detail low dose TEM imaging and large-scale high-resolution imaging.
