摘要
亚共析钢球化退火是满足无切削加工的必要条件,文中列举了3种实用的热处理工艺。在罩式电炉内处理,采取液氮作为保护气体,并设真空抽气设备。在工艺过程中,创造性地将供N_2和真空抽气巧妙地配合操作,达到了精确执行球化工艺曲线和节能的效果。
Spheroidization annealing of hypoeutectoid steel is a must of cutting-less processing. Three practical treating procedures are presented. Liquid nitrogen is adopted as protective atmosphere in bell type furnace for which vacuum pumping system are provide also. During treating cycle, protective atmosphere and vacuum alternatively exists in the furnace, exact operation according the presetting treating cycle and energy saving are realiced.
