摘要
对用于旋转型蓄热式换热器蓄热体的3类材料(即陶瓷、碳素钢和耐热耐蚀钢)进行热物理参数的比较分析,提出各类材料在不同温度和环境下对换热器效率的影响和使用根据。
There are several kinds of materials used for heat retaining in rotary regenerators, such as silicon carbide ceramics, carbon steel, corrosion resistant and refractory steel, etc. It is to be selected which one is more suitable to a certain temperature and atmosphere of the exhaust gas from a furnace. For the purpose of improving the efficiency of regenerators, the thermophysical characteristics of the above materials are compared with each other.
