摘要 叙述了20t无心工频感应炉炉衬打结、烧结工艺过程和熔炼中需注意的问题,同时,由于复合炉衬、整体封闭式炉台和水位报警器的设计应用,大大提高了电炉运行的安全性、可靠性。 Ramming and sintering of the lining in a 20 t coreless type induction furnace, and some problems occured during melting are discussed. Owing to application of compound lining construction, integrated sealing platform and water level alarm, operating reliability and safety of the furnace are much improved.
