摘要
介绍真空自耗电弧炉电气系统,该系统采用高压磁饱和式可控变压器和大电流整流元件构成直流电源,采用SCR-D调速型式的电极自动调节器,该系统已用于DZH-0.2型真空自耗电弧炉的技术改造,运行状况良好。
Electric control system for vacuum consumable electrode arc furnace is introduced. The DC power supply is composed of a magnetic saturation type voltage-regulating transformer, high capacity diodes etc. SCR-D type automatic electrode regulator is adopted in the system. The said system is used for retrofitting of a DZH-0.2 model vacuum consumable electrode arc furnace, and has operated successfully.
