国内造船业的发展形势给船用齿轮箱行业带来了机遇和挑战。通过对国内齿轮箱行业竞争格局及主要生产厂商现有营销策略的分析,以重庆齿轮箱有限责任公司为例,对其面对新的竞争形势,如何进行营销战略的重新定位给出了相关建议。
The development of domestic shipbuilding industry creates opportunity and challenge for marine gearbox industry. Taking Chongqing Gearbox Co. , LTD as an example, based on the analysis of competition situation of domestic marine gearbox industry and current marketing strategy of main manufacturers, suggestion on reorientating marketing strategy of Chongqing Gearbox Co. , LTD is offered.
