摘要
公司治理文化是动态演变的,其变迁存在整合模式、差异模式和模糊模式三种模式,公司治理文化变迁是这三种模式相互联系和共同变化的结果,并且在变迁中会遇到五个方面的困境,即与战略的不一致、组织场的影响、组织文化本身的特点及亚文化的影响、组织本身"逆淘汰"文化以及跨文化经营中的困境等。
The corporate governance culture changes in the patterns of integration, diversity and fuzziness. The change is the result of interaction of the three patterns. When the corporate governance culture changes ,it will encounter five plights——difference from the strategy, influence of the organization field,characteristics of the organization culture, subculture influence and culture of counter-elimination of the organization as well as difficulties in cross-cultural business.
