摘要
结合虚拟企业的特征,提出了虚拟企业的组织学习模式,基于该模式建立了组织学习能力的提升模式。同时,运用结构分析法的建模思路与原则对组织学习过程中的学习智障进行分析,以减少乃至消除这些智障,以保持组织的持续、快速学习能力。
Based on the theory of Virtual Enterprises,a model of organization learning of Virtual Enterprises was set up. And after analysizing the structure of organization, the author suggested a model to improve the organization learning capacity. Meanwhile, the author analysized the learning disability in the organization of Virtual Enterprises so that he can give some advice to improve their organization learning capacity.
